All services are performed by licensed and experienced tattoo artists in a sterile, professional environment. We specialize in various tattoo styles and techniques, ensuring the highest quality of artistic expression and safety standards.
Clients must be at least 18 years of age or provide written parental consent if between 16-18 years old. You are required to provide valid government-issued identification and complete all health questionnaires honestly. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or circumstances that may affect the tattooing process. You agree to follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions provided by our artists.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, individuals with certain medical conditions that may complicate the tattooing process, or those requesting inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. Our artists maintain creative control over their work and may decline designs that compromise their artistic integrity or professional standards. Service availability is subject to artist schedules and studio capacity.
All original artwork, designs, and creative concepts developed by our artists remain the intellectual property of the studio and the individual artist. While you receive permanent application of the tattoo design on your body, this does not transfer ownership of the artistic concept. Our artists retain the right to photograph their work for portfolio purposes, social media promotion, and professional documentation, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
Important: Reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of our original designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Our studio adheres to the highest standards of health and safety, including proper sterilization procedures, use of single-use needles and equipment, and compliance with all local health department regulations. However, tattooing inherently carries certain risks including infection, allergic reactions, scarring, and other complications. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that you are making an informed decision.
Payment is required according to agreed terms, typically including a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment and full payment upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods as specified during booking. Prices are subject to change based on design complexity, size, placement, and time requirements. Additional sessions for touch-ups or completion may incur separate charges.
While we maintain comprehensive insurance and follow industry best practices, our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided. We are not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions, pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Clients assume responsibility for their decision to receive tattoo services and any resulting outcomes.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws where our studio operates. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any disagreements before pursuing formal legal proceedings. Any legal actions must be initiated within one year of the disputed service date.

Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated through our standard client communication channels.
